In my case, both. Well, stiffness, really, but it would turn into pain if I persisted. I could have dealt with one or the other, but both are too much. How long does it take thumb tendonitis to heal? Is it normal to still feel discomfort when attempting to type four weeks after the pain appears, if I have been resting my hands the whole time, and ceased the activities that caused it? The pain was never severe...but then, I guess I am paranoid that I have caused permanent damage...but then, mine does not seem anywhere near as severe as what I read on the internet and what you describe. I am just worried about the stiffness, I guess.Agent Double Oh Zerohttp://godofephemera.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4219469306659051423.post-12481857787210979292012-06-20T07:10:26.000-07:002012-06-20T07:10:26.000-07:00It's really important to keep up with the stre...It's really important to keep up with the stretches I talked about in my Day 14 post.
